Designed and permitted by 10-19 Architecture in 2015, 1714 Wellesley Ave brings a modern architectural presence to a prototypical West Los Angeles neighborhood. An old 2-bedroom, 1-story house is transformed to a 4-bedroom 2-story 2,800 sf house for a family of four with a studio on top of the detached garage.
