4 blocks from Dockweiler's Beach and facing a rare tract of nature preserve, 419 Waterview provides 2,950 sf of living space for a family.  The floor plan follows a barbell shape, with the main living spaces at front and back connected by a double-height gallery in the center. This spatial configuration takes advantage of the unusually deep 40' x 150' lot and enables the client's desire for simultaneous public/entertaining use of front and back while giving the interior a sense of openness and light.
