Perched high on the Peak hillside, the twelve-story Opus Tower offers 12 ultra-luxury apartments, each with a commanding city view and unique floor plan inside the curved glass volume.
As Project Architect and co-Designer, Andy Liu led the team at Gehry Partners from project inception to design completion. Over the two-year design and technical development process, Andy worked closely with client Swire Properties to bring the project to fruition. He engaged intimately in every aspect of the project, earning the trust and praise of the client, executive architect, and engineers alike.
Completed in 2012, Opus Tower marked a significant architectural addition to the Honk Kong skyline. It has since set new marks for highest-priced real estate (per square foot) in Asia.
